At SYNC Audio, we create products that connect music to your soul. Every piece is carefully engineered and tested to deliver clarity, balance, and comfort. To ensure your experience stays seamless, your SYNCODS product comes with a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
This Warranty Covers
This warranty protects your SYNC Audio product against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship that occur under normal usage conditions as described in the product manual.
If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
This Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty will not apply if the issue is caused by factors other than manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:
•⁠  ⁠Physical damage due to drops, pressure, mishandling, heat, water, or external force
•⁠  ⁠Unauthorized tampering, repairs, or modifications carried out by third-party service centers
•⁠  ⁠Damage caused by improper charging, use of non-certified cables or power adapters
•⁠  ⁠Faults due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions provided in the user manual
•⁠  ⁠Normal wear and tear including discoloration, fading, scratches, or sound degradation due to extended use
